Our firm has just celebrated the 15 th Years Anniversary with a Grand Dinner on 8 December 2017.

  • Vincent Chok Khen Hin

    Senior Tax Advisor

    Vincent Chok is the Senior Tax Advisor of CAS Tax Services Sdn Bhd. He is also a practicing tax consultant. He is an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation (MIT) and an approved tax agent licensed under Section 153 of the Income Tax Act 1967 in Malaysia. Prior to joining the private sector, he served the Malaysia Inland Revenue Board for 36 years. Apart from directing the Tawau, Kota Kinabalu, Kuantan, and Sandakan branches at various periods of time, he has trained the officers within the Board and headed the Kuala Lumpur Investigation Division and Non-Resident Branch. During his length of services with the Board, Vincent Chok was given the opportunity to be the Assistant Director General of Audit and Quality Control.

    Managing Partner

    Chen Voon Hann is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), Associate Member of Malaysia Institute of Taxation, Chartered Member of the Institute Internal Auditors Malaysia and he holds a Diploma in Financial Accounting awarded by Tunku Abdul Rahman College. He obtained his Master in Business Administration awarded by University of Strathclyde in 1997.

    He is the Managing Partner of CAS Malaysia Plt, Chartered Accountants. He has more than 29 years of working experience in an international accounting firm, a merchant bank, a regulatory body and in the commercial sector. His experiences include auditing and assurance, taxation and business advisory.

    He has been actively involved in the professional activities of MIA, MICPA and ACCA. He was the Chairman of ACCA Malaysia Technical Committee and member of the Panel of Advisors for Comtrac of SSM. He is currently a member of Financial Statement Review Committee of MIA. He was formerly sitting on the Council of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Asean Federation of Accountants.

    He is also the Deputy CEO I for CAS International, an international network of accounting and consulting firms serving a wide range of clients both locally and internationally.

  • Ms. Grace Chu Shuk Ken


    Ms. Grace Chu was previously attached with Ernst and Young, Kuala Lumpur as a Director prior to joining CAS Malaysia Plt. She has more than 18 years of experience in assurance, advisory services, involving amongst other cross border issuance of securities, fund raising and regulatory reporting, financial auditing and conduct training for clients and professionals. She is the fellow member of ACCA and member of MIA.



    Jeremy is a young professional who received his professional training from Ernst & Young, one of the top global accounting firms and Baker Tilly, one of the best emerging accounting firm. He is a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants and holds a practicing certificate issued by Ministry of Finance in Malaysia and ACCA. He started his career at the age of 20 upon completion of his ACCA. He has accumulated more than 15 years of audit experience in various industries, both private companies and public listed companies. These are the industries that he has experiences with but not limited to as follows: property development, constructions, independent power producer, timber, manufacturing, trading, retails and etc.

    Jeremy is a dynamic individual who constantly in touch with the business owner to provide value added services via providing recommendation in various areas for business improvements. This is in line with his motto of “creating value” to his clients.

  • Gareth Leong

    Director of Ipoh Office

    Gareth is the manager for Ipoh office. He is a member of ACCA and MIA. He has more than 13 years’ experience in the field of auditing and business advisory services. He has specialised expertise in newly emerging enterprises and SME clients. Mr. Gareth has been involved in internal audit and information system services as well.

    He is also the CEO for CAS International IFRS Working Group and Audit & Assurance Services Committee.

  • Foo Teck Leong

    Associate Consultant

    Foo Teck Leong is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Consultant. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree from National University of Singapore (NUS) and Masters in Business Administration from the Manchester Business School, United Kingdom. In his career, Teck Leong has held positions as Tax Accountant with an International Accounting Firm, Regional Financial Controller, Finance Director and Group Financial Controller with listed MNCs. He has regional experiences with operations and businesses in diverse countries, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong and China. Teck Leong’s expertise is in project financing for oil and gas companies and hotels.

    Teck Leong’s achievements include being a Finance Director of a huge company with a turnover of USD100 million per annum. Subsequently, as a Group Financial Controller, he was involved in restructuring a public listed company in Hong Kong. Under his guidance, the company consequently achieved USD1 billion turnovers per annum. Teck Leong currently runs a consultancy firm in Singapore specializing in tax consultancy, business restructuring and planning.

  • Ng Kean Kok

    Director – CAS Academy (Selangor) Sdn Bhd
    Technical Advisor – CAS Malaysia PLT

    Mr Ng Kean Kok is a Chartered Accountant and has more than twenty-five years of advisory, auditing, accounting and company secretarial experience across various industries. Previously, he worked with one of the international accounting firms in the audit and advisory services and covered industries like agriculture, manufacturing, trading, marketing, banking and finance, and construction. He has also been involved in project management and financing in the corporate sector. He is a Director at CAS Academy (Selangor) Sdn Bhd, a training provider company. Mr Ng performs training covering various areas including Corporate Governance, Accounting (processes, management / financial accounting, financial reporting (MFRS / MPERS) and audit), Finance and regulatory requirements. He is also a certified trainer by SSM for the reporting system introduced by SSM, i.e. Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS). Mr. Ng is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, besides also holding the title of ASEAN CPA, and currently, a Technical Advisor at CAS Malaysia PLT, Selangor. He is a member of ACCA Global Forum – Corporate Reporting, and was previously a member of ACCA Mlaysia’s Technical Committee.

  • Ang Zhi Jian

    Branch Manager for Ipoh office

    Ang Zhi Jian is a Chartered Accountant of the MIA and a member of ACCA. He completed his studies in Sunway College Ipoh in 2013. He started his career by joining a mid-tier firm in Ipoh as an audit associate in year 2012. He has acquired more than 5 years experience in public practice industry. He is also a member of Audit and Assurance committee and Marketing and Branding committee of CAS International. His experiences include accounting, auditing and assurance, taxation and business consultation.

  • Shameera Dewi Binti Redzwan Shah

    Shameera Dewi started her career by joining International Network Firm. She has acquired 5 years experience in taxation. She has been actively participated in International tax workshop on the topic of Transfer Pricing (TP) and Cross Border Transaction. Her experiences include preparation of tax computation, tax technical advisory, application of pioneer status, TP review report and handling of tax audit by Inland Revenue Board Malaysia.

  • Nurul Atikah Binti Mohd Anis

    Nurul Atikah holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree from International Islamic University Malaysia and currently pursuing ICAEW. She started her career as a tax consultant in year 2017. Her experiences include prepare tax computation and filing of income tax return, provide consultancy on Income Tax and Sales and Services Tax, handle tax audit by Inland Revenue Board Malaysia, assist in application of Investment Tax Allowance incentive, prepare simplified Transfer Pricing report, handle appeal application to Customs Appeal Tribunal and handle member’s voluntary winding up process.
